Your training does not end when you graduate with your MSW; it is just beginning! I know the importance of good quality supervision (and that it is not limited to running through a list of your clients). Perhaps your workplace does not offer supervision or you are not feeling supported by your assigned supervisor. As a Registered Clinical Social Work Intern, you have the right to choose your supervisor and receive the support you need to grow as a clinician.
When you work with me as your clinical supervisor, you will receive individual reflective supervision. You will work with someone aligned with your ethics and values; who understands the importance of cultural and linguistic competence. During our work together, we will focus on the clinical issues most important to you and your learning. As you approach your licensing exam, I will support you through the test prep process if you choose. Click below to discuss more.
Please note, I require RCSWIs to maintain individual malpractice insurance.
